I enjoyed my stay at Santika Hotel. My room was surprisingly spacious, even including a living room, which was a great deal for the price I paid. The room was located far at the end of the hall, but it wasn’t a big issue. The breakfast was good, offering many options with great taste. I had to pay for an extra breakfast for my daughter, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels I've stayed in. Plus, right across the street from the hotel, there's a shopping center with a food court offering tasty meals at reasonable prices.

I love the location and the staff. The location is very good that restaurants were only few steps away. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room service came only 2 minutes after the call. I like the tile floor for the hygienic reason. The breakfast was not splendid but okay. The dining room was convenient that my family and I can have chat after breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing, very good variety. My son is a fussy eater but he had no problem selecting something to eat here. Staff were friendly and helpful. While it is a little dated I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Overall we are very happy with staying at this hotel.

Breakfast has many choices , both traditional and international. The room is big and clean. Parking is convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Provide 4 bottles of water for complemantary is good.

The location is in the city center, very close to pharmacies, shopping centers and hospitals. The swimming pool is still in a well-maintained condition. The drinking water provided is enough for 1 day.

Been staying here for several times, and always satisfy with the hotel. The location is perfect, the room is spacious with well working fridge and great swimming pool.. The breakfast was so so though..

Room is spacious, bed is comfy, bathroom clean with good preasure of water (warm n cold). Nice swimming pool, good for hang out with kids. Walking distance to Bandung Indah Plaza and Riau Junction shopping mall.
